Parts= Left and Right Manifold, and Gaskets $280-$535 depending on quality and any deals you can find.
Labor= Approximately 1.5-2.5 hours, which will cost you $75-$225 depending on the shop's hourly rate and the skill of the mechanic.
Total= $335-$760+
As most people know, the best way to get a job done cheap is to do it yourself. Parts are much more reasonably priced through ebay or local part wholesalers, and you won't have to pay a mechanic. Although, it may take you a lot longer depending on your experience.
Also, a manifold repair is a great challenging intermediate to advanced repair to get better acquainted with your truck beyond the easy oil change.
Call as many places as you can to get an estimate if you don't want to get any dirt on your hands.
If you don't mind getting greasy, find a manual for your Dakota online, or at many parts dealers like NAPA and AutoZone. There are free downloads that take a little searching, or $25 or so at the store.
It will walk you through the repair with detailed diagrams and instructions.
