 2007 Toyota Camry Brake Pad Replacement Estimate $100 $245+

Change brake pads.

Dan Hansell

Hi Dan,

The cost of replacing your brake pads will come down to parts and labor. Here's what you can expect to pay on average:

Parts= $25-$95 depending on the quality of the pads.

Labor= 1-2 hours $75-$150 depending on the shop's hourly rate and the skill of the mechanic.

Total= $100-$245+

If you don't mind getting a little dirty and working with your hands, I'd highly suggest you try replacing your brake pads yourself to save some money on labor costs. Changing brake pads is on the easier side of an intermediate level fix and requires minimal tools.

There are a ton of tutorials on the web you can download for free that will walk you through the fix step by step.

Once you change your pads on your own, you'll never pay for them to be replaced again.
