Body work can be expensive, but it sounds like your case isn't too extensive, so it shouldn't cost you too terribly much to replace your cab corners and wheel well trim. Here's what you can expect to pay on average:
Parts= Cab corners $35-$100 each, and wheel well trim $25-$75 each depending on the quality of the parts.
Labor= 3 hours- 1 day $200-$400 depending on the shop's hourly rate and the skill of the mechanic.
Total= $260-$575+
I factored in paint and primer into the labor costs, and most body shop's will do the same.
