Hi Gene,

Unfortunately, if your head is blown, and you have a damaged valve,you're going to need to tear apart your engine to replace the parts. Also, if you've manage to do that much damage, there's probably a lot of other internal motor damage going on, so it's likely you're going to need to rebuild your motor. Here's what you can expect to pay on average:

Parts= $370-$930 depending on the quality of the rebuild kit.

Labor= 1-2 days $250-$400 depending on the shop's hourly rate and the skill of the mechanic.
